Dr. Lakin Radeka
Dr. Lakin Radeka is a comprehensive, sedation, and implant dentist originally from Essexville, Michigan, whose passion for dentistry began at Central Michigan University before earning his DDS from the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine. He later moved to Arizona for advanced training in sedation dentistry and full mouth rehabilitation, where he developed extensive experience treating complex cases through a comprehensive, medically informed approach.
He has continued expanding his expertise through advanced implant training across Colorado, Utah, and Arizona, with a focus on surgical implant full-mouth restoration. Dr. Radeka is especially passionate about helping anxious and dental-phobic patients feel safe, comfortable, and cared for through sedation dentistry, while building trust-based relationships that support whole-person treatment. Outside of dentistry, he enjoys outdoor adventures with his wife, along with woodworking and custom furniture design, which reflect the same precision and craftsmanship he brings to his work.
Dr. Jasmyne Samuels
Dr. Jasmyne Samuels is a highly trained dentist who is passionate about building meaningful relationships with her patients and providing personalized, high-quality care rooted in trust and communication.
Originally from the Pacific Northwest, she earned her undergraduate degree from Arizona State University and her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine before completing an advanced Arizona residency focused on implant surgery, implant prosthetics, and dentures. She has completed more than 1,000 hours of continuing education in implants, surgery, dentures, sedation, and digital dentistry, and holds fellowships with both the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, in addition to being board certified by the American Board of Oral Implantology.
Outside the office, Dr. Jasmyne enjoys outdoor adventures, time with friends and family, and being active with her dog, Cooper.
Dr. Maureen Toal
Dr. Maureen Toal is a highly experienced dentist who has been practicing for more than 30 years and is known for treating the oral cavity as a complete organ system, often restoring years of neglect and infection in just one or two visits. As the founder of The Center for Dental Rehabilitation in Phoenix, Arizona, she specializes in complex and high-needs cases, including patients with dental phobia, anxiety, developmental disorders, medical comorbidities, and recovery histories, all while emphasizing patient control, comfort, and trust.
Dr. Toal is extensively trained in anesthesia and emergency medicine, works alongside a board-certified medical anesthesiologist, and provides IV sedation and general anesthesia in a private-practice setting designed to deliver hospital-level care on an outpatient basis. Her career began in her father’s dental practice in St. Louis, followed by credentials in dental assisting, dental hygiene, and dentistry from Washington University Dental School, plus post-graduate hospital dentistry training at the VA Medical Center in St. Louis.
She is also a Fellow of the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology and a Diplomate of the National Dental Board of Anesthesiology.
